True New Cars is an independent online retailer of radio-controlled (RC) vehicles, batteries, chargers and accessories; we are not the manufacturer of these products. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Product specifications (speed, run time, dimensions, weights, battery capacity) are provided by the manufacturer and are approximate; real performance depends on battery, gearing, surface and driving conditions. We take care to display products accurately, but screen settings may affect how colors appear. RC vehicles, LiPo/NiMH batteries and chargers must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings. Some products are not suitable for children under 14 without adult supervision.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). We accept the payment methods listed in our Payment Policy. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments (cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay) or by PayPal. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, in which case you will receive a full refund.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full to the original payment method.
